Home is whenever I'm with you

There are those moments. The ones that make you stop for a minute and appreciate them. The ones that can make up for a louzy day or even a louzy week. The ones that you want to remmember for a long time. These moments are so short and blurry that you can't sometimes even remmember what day or month it was but you can easily tell what pants you were wearing, how light that fell through the window looked, the feeling how your hair brushed your cheek when you were laughting your heart out, what song was playing and how that pancake, that you were eating at the moment, tasted. These moments pop out of nowhere but when they come you suddenly feel so extatic and happy that can not help but smile at the beauty of it.
Lately I've been having more of these moment. Maybe it has something with me trying to appreciate everything that I have more, maybe it's just spirng making me happier, but it doesn't matter at all why they come, it matters that they do. Yesterday we had a break between some lectures and went home to  make pancakes and some hot coco. The idea of it is not special at all. But being with these people, talking to them, laughing with them, feeling their love and appreciation and loving and appreciating them is more than special. When I am with them, I feel that I am where I belong. They say that home is where the heart is, so it this case - they are my home.

Let's go to the fair!

This weekend in Vilnius was all about anual Kaziukas' fair - it's an old lithuanian tradition. Usually the weather is really rainy on the days of the fair, but this time it was extraordinary beautiful and sunny! Yesterday I went with my dad and later with my friends and today I went again with my mom. The fair was nice as always, but I have never seen so many people here, it was insane - I felt like in a rock'n'roll concert with all these people. Also yesterday I bought a lot of traditional snacks like mushrooms made of dough, ginger-bread men and got a food poisoning so today I was more careful with the stuff that I bought and ate there.

One thing I really liked was that I bought my first dream catcher! Yeah, I know I should be ashamed for calling my blog 'the dream carcher' and not actually having a real dream catcher, but I just never found one that fit me. Until today! I always wanted one and here it is in the first picture. I can't be happier about it! Now I'm a real dream catcher!

Oh, and I almost forgot - I've got these beautiful tulips for the international 'woman's day'. I think they are sooo pretty! I'm kinda obsessed with anything pink and flowers are no exception!

Life lately in #instagrams

1. Jogging in the park every weekend 2. Making green smothies every morning
3. Enjoying our city parks again, after not visiting them the whole winter
4.  Reading myself to bed every night. It's nice to get lost in a book
5. Well, those smothies are so awesome that they deserve even more instagrams!
6. The freshmen that I tutor at my Uni gave me a late birthday gift. This cup is
more than awesome 'cause I love chemistry! (the symbol is caffeine)
7. Appreciating how nice my city looks at night 8.Isn't it just beautiful?
9. Blueberry cupcakes! I'm surely in the baking mood these days
10.  The city doesn't look too bad during day time either, doesn't it?

Have a nice weekend!

The happy list #2

Some time ago I did this happy list thing when I found it here. And from then I kinda forgot about it and moved on. But lately I am really into doing lists of... well, of everything! So I thought what could be a better idea, then to again make a list of things that make me happy, so that when I'm down, I could just take a quick glance at my list and remmember that there is much to be happy for and that I should really appreciate it!
So today I'm happy because:
1. Of the sunshine outside my window that appeard for just a minute.
2. It's spring already!
3. I'm in love with my major even when it's hard, even when it's too hard.
4. Of finally going to a french class after more than 2 year-long break and enjoying every single minute of it.
5. Of having chances to dance so many times a week.
6. I'm getting better at my volleyball practice's.
7. Of finally jogging outside in the park and achieving the challenges I set for myself.
8. Having friends with whom I can discuss everything from miracles of the mind to what movies are great to watch. And it  only takes a 30-minute long lunch to do it.
9. Of finding new beautiful music everyday.
10. Today I went to my favorite pizzaria with a very close friend.
11. Of the tea I bought yesterday - it is amazing!
